Brazilian Creative Club

For 2 years, I worked as Vice President of the Brazilian Creative Club, the most important advertising creativity organization in the country, as part of the first board in the club’s history made entirely of Black professionals.

Our main goal was to create connections with different partners, valuing Brazilian culture and diversity.

These were the main projects carried out to foster the development of the creative market

  • Partnership with the Grupo de Mídia to create a new category for the Clube’s Annual.
  • Partnership with D&AD to launch the Shift Brazil program, a training and diversity promotion initiative.
  • Closer ties with AMPRO and APP to strengthen the creative industry.
  • Partnership with international festivals to offer exclusive discounts to the Brazilian Creative Club community.
  • Partnership with Escola Cuca to provide exclusive discounts for Brazilian Creative Club members.
  • Coverage of SXSW and the Cannes Lions Festival, with exclusive content.
  • Increased digital presence, with new profiles on LinkedIn and Threads.

As a result, we achieved a record number of entries for the Brazilian Creative Club’s Festival, greater relevance on social media, and a 500% increase in engagement across platforms.
